Imagine a type of collective organization based on existing legal framework and mutualized management tools, allowing it to be duplicated on a European scale

For a fund funded by private and public financial contributors via simple counterparts and redistribution mechanisms : 1% earmarked by the contributor, 1% earmarked by the organization
